Resort Experience:
We had a rough flight from west coast but it did not stop us from having a great time. We barely made it.
Right from start after getting our bags we were able to relax in Sandals Airport area. We got our bags and taxi to resort swiftly and was greeted with rum punch while we waited for out butler. Aaron was our guy took care of all our needs gave us a tour, cell phone to reach him and also provided us with info regarding his counter part who also helped us on his off days. The resort was clean , bright and lively. The crowd was a mix of fun, carefree adults. We fit right in. We drank, we danced and we ate like we where in high school. I was very very disappointed no ATM was on resort I was not able to tip for the amazing server everyday and I was not able to buy items on beach. The entertainment was amazing and fun and the water sports activity guys really showed us a good time. We had several bar tenders who made some awesome rum shots I think we had about 50 all together. Need ATM It was pretty annoying to take an hour of my vacation to get a taxi to get money on the street just to have cash to tip this wonderful workers. I was also disappointed that the resort made it difficult for us to go into town too check local spots for some fun. The resort was over the top I never had this 5star service like this. This is truly 5 star. I wish the restaurants had more Homestyle Jamaican food but that’s my only jab

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc.
The staff and butler were very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The beach and the food was amazing. We did several excursions such as the Joe knows tour which was so much fun as well as the buggy and ATV tour. We had such an amazing honeymoon!!!

The resort was amazing. Staff were so accommodating and ready to help, facilities were clean, food was delicious. Everything from the moment we got to the Sandals lounge at the airport to drop off was just perfect.

Our time was amazing. We loved every minute of it and everything was very easy, smooth. The cabana was awesome would recommend that to anyone else who goes here.

Our contact person was Denise, she was fantastic! She made everything very easy, convenient and was very personable and happy to answer any questions we had. Would 100% book any future trips with her from this experience. She went above and beyond!

Resort Experience:
The resort was great. We had Butler service, and our Butlers were fantastic. Our only issue was that there was no ATM at the resort. Our bank was being a pain and despite claiming we would be able to use our cards abroad, they kept flagging them for fraud. Our only way to pay was to get cash off the resort while on an excursion. This left us short to tip our Butlers and I felt terrible about it.

Beth was phenomenal. She answered all of our questions quickly and is still helping us with a travel insurance claim due to a hiccup on our return trip. I would definitely utilize her for future trips!

This was our first sandals experience and it was absolutely wonderful. We have never been to other sandals resorts so I’m not sure how it compares to others. Our travel agent was great to work with. However I would suggest booking a private car transfer and butler room. The staff and everyone at the resort was so nice. Room was very clean and restaurants were great. I would suggest that someone needs to tell first time travelers how important dinner reservations are when your arrive as two nights it was hard to find someone to eat that took only reservations. Overall we had a great experience and booked for the next few years.

Our trip was an absolute dream! Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely want to use Denise’s services in the future for booking a future trip. We can’t wait to hopefully go back one day! Sandals Ochi was beautiful, and all the employees there were so kind, fun, and accommodating! We had a great time: relaxing on the beach, drinking at the swim up bar in the pool, having romantic dinners, unwinding at the spa, and enjoying the nightlife!
