What a great experience we had. We were looking to get away for Christmas & RELAX. Our VG contact Denise asked us what we were looking for. By the end of the day she sent us three choices that all met our checklist. We settled on the Sandals - Negril location. Without reservation... it was BRILLIANT. The staff - who worked over Christmas so we could relax - were awesome. Always smiling & delightful. The food - spectacular. The beach - simply the best. Ohhhhh and the sunsets!

Just returned from a 7 day stay at Sandals Grande Antigua and thanks to our fabulous travel agent Denise Kerkhoff it was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival we had an issue with our room. I emailed her and by the next morning all was taken care of and better than we expected!! She is always available to answer my questions & handle any of my requests.
