Resort Experience:

It was another amazing trip. Everything was perfect and we had so much fun on the ATV excursion. The candlelit dinner is one of our favorite things to do at Sandals and all of our waiters were amazing

We loved every minute of our honeymoon and will look back ok it fondly always! It was the perfect way to start our marriage. The staff was amazing and met our every need. We aren’t used to butlers in our daily life, but our butlers, Marjorie and Sherry-Ann, were incredible and really added something special to our trip. Royal Carribbean was the perfect resort for us as it was more quiet and intimate than Montego Bay, but we enjoyed being able to go there too. The food and drinks were always phenomenal, and our favorite restaurant was Club Bombay. Highly recommend a Sandals/Vibe Getaways experience.

Our travel agent(s) were fantastic. Amanda took care of everything for us and made the process so easy. Our trip was close to Hurricane Beryl and she kept tabs on everything for us. She also helped us sign up for Club Mobay which is a must have!! The deal we received for this trip was incredible, especially for the high caliber of service we received.

We had a great time. Went on the bob Marley tour and had spa treatments. The food was delicious and met great people. The staff and guests were so nice!

We had so much fun on our trip. The food was great. The staff was great. The check in process seemed a little unorganized but we did get to our room pretty quickly after arriving to the resort. The only issue was that we made reservations for the steak house and when it was time for our reservation, they could not find it so we were unable to try the steak restaurant.

This trip was the first time I’ve ever used a travel agent before. Beth did an amazing job helping us pick the perfect honeymoon getaway. Our room and view were great. It was truly a trip to remember.

Everyone was so nice and made sure we were having fun and actually taking a vacation. I would definitely recommend it and we will be back to a sandals resort.

It was honestly not our favorite Sandals resort just because it had more of a vibrant, party vibe. There were lots of large groups and it didn’t really have that “couples-oriented” feel that we experienced previously. Also, our room was a lot smaller than we imagined (we were told that the cottages are actually the smallest room category at this resort). Other than that, the food and service were amazing as usual. We had a great time, the place was beautiful, and planning our trip was a breeze, of course. We are incredibly grateful for Denise who walked us through everything and made this experience truly memorable.

Only complaints = when weddings took precedence over other guests in the buffet/restaurants and the service at Barefoot on Beach was extremely slow one breakfast

It was an amazing trip. Loved the culture and the people. The staff at Sandals was top notch. They were so helpful!! We haven’t booked anything yet as far as another trip but do plan on doing so again. Maybe for next year.

Excellent service and great experience with Denise. She was so great at helping us plan our first ever vacation at Sandals. She was quick to answer our questions and plan our vacation

Resort Experience:

We had a great time. A few hiccups along the way but had a wonderful beach wedding and my husband and step daughter were certified in PADI diving. Melissa from the red lane spa did a great job with my bridal hair and makeup along with my couples massage. We hope to soon come back for a future family trip.

Denise did a great job helping with some issues we had. She got our concerns to a manager right away and was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to having her manage our next vacation

Our honeymoon was very enjoyable! The resort was gorgeous and we fell in love with the Sandals brand and plan on visiting many more in the future.
