Resort Experience:
Overall, we had a great time in St. Lucia. We got exactly what we needed. I will say though it was hard not to compare to Sandals Ochi. LaToc is definitely a nicer resort aesthetically, as our room was much more modern. Perhaps we were spoiled by the entertainment at Ochi and there were limitations due to COVID, but LaToc’s entertainment was on a much smaller scale. Our butlers were great, but overall the staff was not as friendly as Ochi. herefore I found myself missing Ochi while I was there. This also could be because they had to wear masks. The beach was beautiful; however it was a red flag most of the days which meant we could not go in. It also rained a little more than was ideal but that was likely also related to the time of year we went- November. If entertainment isn’t as much an issue for you, then it would be really difficult not to enjoy such a beautiful resort.

WeddingVibe Experience:
I think it took me so long to complete this because it’s hard write a review that does Marcus justice. This is the second trip we booked through Marcus. He is by far the best agent we have ever worked with. We have two more booked for 2021 and 2022 and already made sure Marcus will be overseeing those. He is incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to communicate with Sandals at all. Marcus arranged everything, including our preferences (for example to be on 2nd floor), and our private transfers. When we found that the price of our stay was currently cheaper, Marcus updated our invoice with Sandals within 24 hours. Everything is just seamless with him. So grateful for you, Marcus!

Resort Experience:
Everything was amazing! We had to switch to South Coast from Ochi due to opening dates, but it was the best thing that could have happened! Arrival was a little rough, but that was kind of to be expected due to the amount of folks that had to change resorts due to Covid delays. Our butlers Omar and Camille were wonderful, and made sure we were taken care of every day. Val our wedding planner was one of my favorite people on the resort. She handled absolutely all the details for our day and it was absolutely perfect. She was there from the start of planning until we left the resort. She made us feel so incredibly special, which was amazing due to us having to delay wedding plans, and then having a wedding with just the 2 of us due to Covid. This was our first trip to Sandals, and we will continue to return because of the amazing experiences we had in January 2021.

WeddingVibe Experience:
Denise was absolutely wonderful. Her communication was on point, especially with all of the changes due to Covid. We had to move resorts due to delays in opening at Ochi, and she helped to make that transition flawless. As bummed as we were about having to change resorts, it was the best thing that could have happened, because we absolutely fell in love with South Coast. Denise arranged for our escort through the airport as well as our transportation to the resort. She set us up for one amazing adventure. We can’t wait to return, and are excited to have Denise handle our travel plans in the future!

The resort was beautiful. The staff were all friendly and by day 2 people knew my name. I love that type of personalized service.

Pauline was so helpful and patient. She walked me through everything and when I started to panic because of COVID restrictions she calmed
Me down. Our trip had a few hiccups but between Pauline and concierge were handled quickly

Resort Experience:
This place was incredible. It was so fun to be on a beach with random cats and peacocks just hanging out. The unlimited food and drink was a huge plus too.

Jenni made everything so easy. All I had to do was book a flight, which was AWESOME.

We love Beth and Lynn Wisowaty! They have been part of our family for 5 years starting with our wedding in St. Lucia Grande in 2016..
This was our second 2 week trip to St. Lucia and we always find something new to do from hiking, to mud baths, to dancing and drinking with the locals.
Even going through the covid hoops to get there it was AMAZING staff at the resort took such good care of us from Princess and Heather cabana waitress to our house keeper for leaving special little notes. Johnathan aka paparazzi is still and always our favorite! Mr.Filius and Mr. Winston went out of their way to make us feel like Vip. Not to mention Beth and Lynn always gives us little something towards our trip this time was private car.. hands down best way to get there..
The Grande St. Lucian has been our favorite resort so far and Christmas 2022 can’t come fast enough.

Our travel rep, Beth Wisowaty always goes above and beyond to help us in every situation. She is absolutely amazing! We have been using her for all of our Sandals vacations since we got married 5 years ago. I recommend her to everyone. I can’t put into words how great Beth has been!

Resort Experience:
The resort is absolutely gorgeous with lots to do! Everyone is super friendly, and the service is wonderful. The food was amazing, and the portion sizes were perfect so you could try multiple items. We did go on several of the excursions and highly recommend Joe Knows!! Make sure you book your reservations for excursions and restaurants on the first day as they fill up quickly! We also had a private candlelit dinner one night which was by far our favorite meal of the entire trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon!

Beth was great at helping us plan our recent honeymoon to St. Lucia! She answered any and all questions we had (which were a lot), and also helped us change locations due to covid restrictions. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful getting everything ready for our honeymoon! I didn’t realize how helpful it was having someone help you plan a vacation! Beth was also able to assist us during our honeymoon when there was a mix up with one of our excursions.

Thank you Wedding Vibe and Beth for helping us plan our dream honeymoon! We will definitely be working with Beth again in the future!

Me and my husband loved spending our honeymoon at Sandals South Coast! It was an incredible experience and we will be back. I am grateful to Pauline for her help and communication before, during and after our trip. She was a pleasure to work with.

We loved Sandals Negril! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The resort was not crowded at all. We had a swim up room that was so nice and convenient. We would definitely return! Delroy and Stanford were amazing butlers!

Pauline was amazing! I don’t know how we would have had everything ready if it was not for her help! She kept us updated, was great at switching our locations when ours was not opening on time. She did awesome arranging everything and making sure we had what we needed!

Resort Experience:
The resort was beautiful. We were impressed how hard everyone works to keep guests happy. Everyone from the gardener to the concierge wants guests to have a wonderful time. Emron, the dive master, spent a lot of one on one time with Mike. We appreciated security on the beach. Food at the different restaurants was delish.

Beth was absolutely amazing. I felt like she really provided us VIP service without having to pay for any additional service. She answered every question we had, even the questions that I repeatedly asked. She was always quick to respond. I rarely give any five star reviews, but Beth really deserves one. Anyone going to Sandals should work with Beth. I can’t believe the fabulous service we received without paying anything extra!!!

Resort Experience:
Traci and I had a wonderful time. The new room was amazing. I highly recommend rooms 4115 and 4116 there. They are some of the best views with a walkout room on property. The building is older but having a small beach outside at all times is worth it. We did so many things. Traci had never tried Indian (bombay) or thai (royal thai) and those were two of our favorite restaurants. Soy was amazing as usual and we crushed sushi. Butch’s was fantastic, we got to sit in the corner booth and it made us feel mafia like haha. Spices was just okay. Breakfast at the French restaurant was exquisite. Best breakfast on property. Room service was rather slow and spices “buffet” was kind a a cluster. We ate lunch at the jerk shack multiple times and it was soooo good. If you love true jamaican food, nothing beats it. Jerk chicken and fish in foil was to die for. Also loved the beef and chicken parties from the beach bar restaurant. I had one almost daily, as long as I got there before they sold out. Best bartenders were Shevoy (beach bar) and Big bird (late night at cricketers). All the staff was so appreciative that we came. They really expressed how much it helps them and their families survive.
As far as water sports, we did the kayaking and that was fun, although it was limited to where you could go (which we found after we took a trip down the island and the sandals security had to come tell us to come back…oops). We did the luminous lagoon excursion. It was super cool. Definitely need to have water shoes for that, and pictures were $25 for all the digital copies.
The beach outside our room was where we beached for 95% of the stay. I went out first thing in the morning put towels and clips on chairs. Although it really was not very busy. But they raked and cleaned the beach atleast once a day.
The entertainment was really good nightly. We liked the acrobatic show and the game shows. The entertainment team was very talented.
No real complaints once we got our room moved. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely more quaint of a resort compared to montego bay. But we did venture back and forth. The bar out on the water there is the best spot to lay out on either resort with those hammock over hangs. Not sure why more people didn’t take advantage of it.

Absolutely amazing! Denise is a great agent and I praise her to everyone that asks. I have given her email out to numerous friends and colleagues. She went over and beyond to help us reschedule and fix any issues we had. I will always use Denise for any Sandals trips.
