Resort Experience:
We had a blast. The food and drinks were amazing. Our butlers were great. We enjoyed the Dunn’s River Catamaran cruise and ATV excursions.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sandals Grande St. Lucian. The staff was amazing and great! They definitely did a great job making me feel like this was my home away from home!

Denise was fantastic! When we originally booked our honeymoon, Denise was able to find the best location for us at the price we wanted to spend. When our honeymoon was about 30 days away we found out that the resort we were originally going to was closed due to Covid! Denise was able to get our trip switched over to a different resort and was able to calm all my nerves and let me know that everything was going to be okay. She was able to reassure me that all of pre arrival to do’s would be done with a breeze and that she could confidently get us to our destination! While on our honeymoon Denise was able to make arrangements for us to upgrade our room and make sure our stay was fantastic. Even after our honeymoon was originally supposed to end, I unfortunately ended up testing positive for Covid. Denise was so supportive and was able to get information on the insurance policy for me, help me look into flights, and continued to ask me if I needed anything or if she could do anything for me! I am super appreciative of her service and her support and will definitely use her again for my next Sandals or Beaches vacation!

Resort Experience:
Our trip was great! The resort was not at full capacity still so unfortunately the restaurants were not open every night but we were still able to get in every where we wanted to go and have a great time that was even more private then it would be in normal capacity times.

Our trip was amazing! Once again the staff at Sandals exceeded our expectations with everything. Everyone is professional, friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The beach was beautiful and our room was great too.

Marcus has been a great travel agent for me; this is our second trip working with him. We missed a connecting flight and delayed our arrival to ST. Lucia. One email to Marcus and he had everything lined out with our airport transfer and notifying Sandals of our late arrival.

We had an amazing trip! We were completely comfortable the entire time and were able to be completely relaxed. There were many safety protocols put into place but none that took away from the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. The food and drinks were amazing and the island was so beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

OMG!!! Nothing but amazing!!! When we arrived, we were greeted as if we were family, such a friendly and lively staff. We had the most amazing butlers (Orlando/Gwayne) they mad sure that all of our needs were met, and that all our moments were special! The food was great, and we had an awesome server (Tana) she had the best table side manner ever!! Go to the Sundowner and look her up. Also, go by and see Sonya and book your next vacation while you are there. She will definitely get you hooked up! Sandals Negril is an awesome resort with great staff!!!

Jenni is one of the best travel agents that I’ve ever worked with. She took care of every issue that came up with no hesitation. She was always there when I needed questions answered, or even just to reassure me that everything was going to be fine, and it was!!! The pandemic put a few things on hold for a little longer than expected, but Jenni kept me informed every step of the way!!!

Beth is absolutely amazing!! She made this trip amazing as always and helped us feel comfortable traveling with the restrictions on place. I doubt we would have gone on this trip if it hadn’t been for having her to ask questions to and getting all the info from. This is our 3rd trip to Sandals using Beth, and we plan to have many more to come. We rave about Beth to all our friends and family and share her name and info to anyone who asks knowing full well they will be taken care! Thank you for all you do Beth!!!

Resort Experience:
We had such an amazing time! This was our first real vacation in almost 3 years and La Toc was the perfect place! A nice mix of quiet relaxation with fun nightlife and excursions! The staff was very friendly (especially Pat and Luke in the travel lounge, the ladies in the spa, and the ladies in the gift shop). Food was amazing too!

Trish was literally a godsend! She answered every question we had (we had a lot lol) and had so many great suggestions! She is extremely knowledgeable and so nice! She even helped us reschedule when Covid cancelled our plans. We look forward to working with her on all our trips moving forward!

Resort Experience:
Our trip was amazing! We were moved to Sandals Negril because Ochi was closed but Negril was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and our butlers were great. The food was delicious! It was hard to get an excursion planned due to COVID but our Butler Christopher helped it us out and we got to do the YS Falls and Zip-lining which was beautiful. The beach was beautiful as well.

Jenni was great! Very helpful when we had to rescheduled because our wedding was canceled due to COVID 19. We didn’t have to worry about anything with the honeymoon which was a huge relief. She made sure we had all the information we needed and stayed up to date with changing requirements due to COVID as well. She checked on us during the honeymoon and made sure we were enjoying ourselves and answered my questions about our next stay. She was always quick to respond and happy to help!
