Resort Experience:
We had an amazing time! The resort was beautiful and Erin was so helpful throughout the entire process. The only issue I had was with the location of our room. It was right behind an employee building that was making a lot of noise and I couldn’t hear the ocean but other than that our stay was great!

WeddingVibe Experience:
Erin was so incredibly helpful! We had to postpone our wedding and honeymoon an entire year and I didn’t have to do anything. She took care of it all and made sure that we had everything we needed. She spoke with me over the phone several times when I had specific questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a sandals vacation!

Resort Experience:
We really enjoyed everything at the resort. The service, entertainment, rooms, beaches, and tours were absolutely amazing!

I loved working with our travel agent Jennifer H. She helped make our entire trip as stress-free as possible. She also helped us get extra promotions and deals which only sweetened our experience on our honeymoon.

Resort Experience:
Sandals Negril was absolutely beautiful, everyone there was so welcoming and happy. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had no complaints the entire time.

We stayed in a butler suite and can’t recommend it enough. Our butlers Shemoy and Chris helped us plan out activities, make dinner reservations and they were just a call away if we needed anything at all. We especially loved that they would set reserve a cabana on the beach for us every morning.

The food and drinks were amazing especially the food from the hibachi restaurant, Kimonos. The best bar at the resort was the piano bar where Chris made the most amazing drinks. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone around was taken care of.

There were always activities going on between water sports, land sports, trivia by the pool, dance contests, etc. Snorkeling was an amazing experience, the staff members were sure to make sure all beginners were comfortable.

This was our first time at a sandals resort and we are already thinking of another trip.

We had our dream honeymoon thanks to Jenni. She helped us every step of the way by answering any question we had, sending us important reminders, and offerings us tips for the trip. I can’t believe her services are free because of her dedication to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t wait to work with Jenni again to plan another unforgettable trip.

Resort Experience:
Absolutely incredible! Jennifer was such a huge help and we had the time of ours lives! Rescheduled and are coming back for our 1st anniversary. No words to describe how amazing the staff, the people, the food and just the beauty of the place in itself! So clean too!

Resort Experience:
South Coast was beautiful!! We loved the mountain landscape & the quieter beach scene. Latitude bar was our favorite place to watch the sunrise, sunset & for afternoon drinks during the rain.
Our only complaint was the Photo shop. It took over an hour to order 15 pictures because no one there seemed to actually know how to do it & our photo credit was not really a credit and had lots of restrictions on it & we were not given the full package after they told us we would get it.

Resort was phenomenal, slight evidence of staff dealing with issues due to COVID-19 (later turnovers, slower service), but didn’t affect our trip at all! Loyalty and club staff were very helpful and honest about questions we had regarding life on the island and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience

Our trip was amazinggggg!!!! We went to Sandals Ochi to celebrate our honeymoon. The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious and the drinks were great! We didn’t want to leave!

The service we received by Lisa was awesome! She made sure we filled out the correct forms by their deadlines, she informed us of the best deals, and checked on us to ensure we were having a great time. We will definitely be working with her again for our next trip!

Sandals Royal Plantation was nothing short of amazing!! The beach views and water were incredible, food was great, and butler service from Orayne was top notch! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We can’t wait to come back for our 1 year anniversary!!

Booking through Denise with Wedding Vibe was excellent- she communicated often and made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to get there and have a great time!! I’m so glad we had her to help guide us through every step of the way and can’t imagine returning to Sandals without her awesome assistance! Thank you!!
