Our trip was amazing and all thanks to our agent Denise …. she made our travels smooth…especially with all the strict Barbados travel restrictions. She got every piece and detailed info for me and my husband so we flew through security in Barbados.  She is wonderful and I have already recommended her to others.

The resort is beautiful!!! Employees are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!!!!

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Lisa was very helpful and answered all of my questions. This was first vacation without children and also my first flight!!! I had a lot to learn…lol.

Resort Experience:
The stress getting all documents uploaded and approved was worth it! We tested 3 and 2 days before in case of a travel delay. Walgreens ID now and CVS PCR. Thankful for our Wedding Vibe travel agent Beth! She held our hand through the process even rebooked our vacation due to COVID a couple of times.
The property is immaculately maintained and simply beautiful. The ocean water ties the Exumas if you been there. Without asking both of our parties were upgraded to an Italian walkout from the Caribbean. Greeted with cool towels and rum punch. We got through airport and on property in 45-50 min. Arrival on a Tuesday.

Food: Our favorites were Barefoot or Neptune’s for all three meals. Surf and turf at La Petite and Sapodillas. Sushi at Soy. Kids enjoyed Kimonos.

Water sports: our first three days we had green flags. Enjoyed the paddle boards. My 9 year old went Snuba diving with me. Our guide Duane was fantastic! He provided great instruction and showed us around down below. We spotted a giant sting ray, lobster, many fish, including a large yellow snapper.

Excursions: We were fortunate to charter a boat between our two families. We went to La Famille and three of us took the jump. The winds picked up so shell island was out but we did jump off for iguanas. We fished and ran into a giant pod of dolphins. This is where I jumped in to play with them and my 9 year old followed. GoPro battery was dead so just precious memories. We then got invited in another boat charter. This time we dove for conch, had fresh conch ceviche, went to shell island, snorkeled half moon bay (awesome!), and ran into a pod of dolphins. This guide wouldn’t let me jump in:( I think we were on the wrong side of the reef.

Pools: All of our kids enjoyed Italian, French and waterpark the most. Arizona’s pool is fun but doesn’t have a zero entry for the littles or non swimmers.

Bars: You want drinks right? There’s a QR code at the bar. Scan it and lots of drink options come up. We found the swim up bars to be a little busy at times so a short walk to the Italian village with get you one faster. Plus Esmerelda, Byron, and Alex are there. They knew my order and had it ready. Kids can get anything Virgin style and they loved it. I’m sure the dentist will too! Lol

Entertainment: The water show at the Italian village was new to us. We really enjoyed the lyrical dances the most. It’s an interesting mix of music but fun and a must see. Sesame Street parade for the littles with an authentic Junkoroo band! KP from the beach is in the band:) He’s a great guy and will get you out to parasail if you wish.

Shaneka Russell always checking in on us and making sure things were perfect. Theo- getting the rice to save our camera ‍♀️ The other ladies, struggling with names but I saw you handle tough situations like flight delays! We can’t wait to come back in two.

Beth went out of her way to take care of our group. She rescheduled both of our families due to covid which involved switching from Sandals to Beaches. I’ve never been more thankful for having a travel agent like this last trip. She really took care of us. We were anxious about all the hoops to get there and she eased our minds. Our trip was nice. This was our first Sandals Resort. We had a good time. We were told of some of the nicer resorts and decided to book our next trip for 2023!

Pauline was very helpful with our booking and then changing it due to Covid not once but twice. She took a lot of stress off of me and I appreciate all her help.

Our trip was amazing! Even though my husband tested positive for covid and had to be quarantined for the last two days we were there the time we spent was amazing. The staff and people that work with Sandals are genuinely nice people that truly enjoy the work that they do. I truly love the events team, Warren needs to be made Director of events because his ideas and company are under utilized. We look forward to returning in 2023 already rebooked and we plan to go sooner than that since we also received a 5 day voucher for the quarantined time my husband had to spend. We look forward to do so much more next time we go back!

I LOVE ERIN! She’s amazing and has helped from the moment I signed up for wedding vibe all the way until now even by taking over our new trip, checking in on refunds that we’re owed from the resort for things we had to cancel on our last two days, and even checking in to see if she can help us with our voucher. I would be lost without Erin and have recommended her to my family and friends for their vacations and special occasion bookings.

Resort Experience:
We had an amazing time! The resort was beautiful and Erin was so helpful throughout the entire process. The only issue I had was with the location of our room. It was right behind an employee building that was making a lot of noise and I couldn’t hear the ocean but other than that our stay was great!

Erin was so incredibly helpful! We had to postpone our wedding and honeymoon an entire year and I didn’t have to do anything. She took care of it all and made sure that we had everything we needed. She spoke with me over the phone several times when I had specific questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a sandals vacation!

Resort Experience:
We really enjoyed everything at the resort. The service, entertainment, rooms, beaches, and tours were absolutely amazing!

I loved working with our travel agent Jennifer H. She helped make our entire trip as stress-free as possible. She also helped us get extra promotions and deals which only sweetened our experience on our honeymoon.

Resort Experience:
Sandals Negril was absolutely beautiful, everyone there was so welcoming and happy. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had no complaints the entire time.

We stayed in a butler suite and can’t recommend it enough. Our butlers Shemoy and Chris helped us plan out activities, make dinner reservations and they were just a call away if we needed anything at all. We especially loved that they would set reserve a cabana on the beach for us every morning.

The food and drinks were amazing especially the food from the hibachi restaurant, Kimonos. The best bar at the resort was the piano bar where Chris made the most amazing drinks. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone around was taken care of.

There were always activities going on between water sports, land sports, trivia by the pool, dance contests, etc. Snorkeling was an amazing experience, the staff members were sure to make sure all beginners were comfortable.

This was our first time at a sandals resort and we are already thinking of another trip.

We had our dream honeymoon thanks to Jenni. She helped us every step of the way by answering any question we had, sending us important reminders, and offerings us tips for the trip. I can’t believe her services are free because of her dedication to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t wait to work with Jenni again to plan another unforgettable trip.
