Resort Experience:

We loved our stay! The only thing that let us down was the excursion we booked for the last day got canceled because the minimum amount of people didn’t book. It was our last day so we couldn’t book another snorkel.

We had the best time on our honeymoon! We stayed in the Sunset Butler Suites, which we highly recommend, everything was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing and stress-free.
During our trip, we went on the catamaran tour, did some snorkeling in the beautiful clear waters, and even ventured to the volcano for the famous mud baths and a refreshing waterfall dip. One of the highlights was definitely zip lining through the rainforest and taking in the beautiful tropical scenery!
It truly was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We weren’t ready to leave and are excited for our next trip to Sandals Grenada.

From the very beginning, she was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions or offer suggestions. Her guidance made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Even while we were at the resort, she checked in to make sure everything was going well and remained just a message away in case we needed anything. Her support truly made our trip even more enjoyable!

We worked with Denise to book our honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian, and she was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She ensured we had everything we needed ahead of time and helped us receive the honeymoon package. What stood out most was her honesty and transparency—if she wasn’t entirely familiar with something, she connected us with someone who was. Her recommendations were thoughtful, and she checked in along the way so we felt genuinely cared for. Although we didn’t book flights through Vibe, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Denise to others planning a Sandals trip or romantic getaway. Her professionalism and warm approach made everything run more smoothly.

Resort Experience:

This trip was lovely. We had such a wonderful time as a family and made so many great memories! Eventide 4BR Villa, room 1014 was great! Beautiful space and great location. The small/single bunk room and bathroom is very small and very difficult to climb into top bunk. The window faces the “hallway” and the hall lights shine brightly through the window onto your face all night as the shades do not cover the window well. The mattress is very uncomfortable, but the pillows are amazing! Our air conditioning stopped working one night after burgers had left. Maintenance never came that night and acted very annoyed when we called to ask for help. Same thing happened the next day. Our safe wouldn’t open one day. It took hours for maintenance to come help and my dad missed part of our dinner reservation waiting for them. The butlers did a great job of securing our spots on the beach and pool each day, making it special with champagne and juice a few times. They were both very nice and fun and friendly. Follow through with butlers, room service, photo shop etc was mediocre. It took 4 days of asking for 2 pots of coffee at 6am (there were 10 people) for them to finally bring 2 pots on the 5th day. Photo shop and butler both promised a photographer to be present at live cooking and it never happened. Water for CPAP machine was not there as requested on at app ahead of time. Asked for it upon check in and it never came, so my brother in law could not use his machine to sleep the first night. Pillow top was requested for pull out ahead of time and upon check in. It was never delivered or put on the bed when it was made. Reservation was to be made with one butler for glass bottom boat and it was never actually made. They did compensate with private boat tour. We were told this would be a 2-2.5 hour tour to Ricks and to snorkel. When we got on the boat they told us no, it was a 1 hour tour and snorkeling only. Lots of little things that we were told would be done, and just never followed through with. As I stated before, this was an amazing trip, but for the cost of $30,000 and a trip that was considered my parents “last trip” as they are not in good health, I feel everything should have been close to perfect.
