Resort Experience:

Sandals Grand Antigua is a beautiful resort. The dive team is top notch, beautiful beach and sunsets, clean modern room, and great food. We explored the island by boat and land. I highly recommend getting out to see the island. There’s fun activities through the day. We enjoyed trivia, water ballon contest, pool volleyball, and aqua aerobics. The watersports crew has hobbie cats, paddle boards, and kayaks. We used all of them.

VibeGetaways Experience:

This was our 8th trip using Vibe Getaways. Beth is nothing short of amazing. We saved a good chunk of money by switching rooms to one on the weekly special. Beth secured 3 requests before this trip. 1. We asked for the highest floor in our room category. 2. Got us on the returning guest dinner list for the day of arrival. 3. She was able to get our reservation for Elenor’s changed from a party of two to party of four.

Resort Experience:

Our honeymoon to Royal Caribbean Sandals in Montego Bay, Jamaica was absolutely wonderful. It had great amenities and truly allowed me and my husband to relax and unplug from everything. We loved the variety of restaurants.

VibeGetaways Experience:

Lisa Wolters was our VibeGetaways representative and she made everything SUPER easy. I can honestly say that this trip wouldn’t have happened without her support. She had great ideas and was in touch with us before and after our trip to make sure everything was great.

Resort Experience:

This is a beautiful resort and the staff was generally all very friendly! Room service was surprisingly prompt. Room 7313 was a nice convenient location and the room was nice. The tiny closet for the bathroom wasn’t ideal 🤪 The Lobster at Barefoot was lovely!!! Daytime entertainment was fun and I love the Long Beach, although Mother Nature did not give us clear water and brought an extraordinary amount of weeds onto shore.

My only complaints:
1:when we checked in online, we let them know we were celebrating a May anniversary and nothing was done special to recognize this at all.
2: we send some undergarments to be laundered and they never did them. We asked 4 times and they finally brought them back to us in a bag dirty 20 min before we left for home.

Our trip was incredible! It was our honeymoon and we had such a great time on the resort in our first week as husband and wife. We enjoyed trying out all the different types of food (the crepes at Cafe Paris quickly became a favorite) and seeing the beauty of Jamaica for the first time. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pools and ocean, and enjoyed the Tranquility Soaking Tub in our room. It was a much-needed chance to disconnect and relax after a year of planning our wedding, and we loved the reset it brought us.

VibeGetaways Experience:

Beth was amazing, always able to answer questions we had and to give recommendations on experiences and things we could try. She even talked to us about flights though that wasn’t her responsibility, helping us figure out the best route we could take from our shared home state. She recommended a great massage experience that we enjoyed and clearly knew the resort property well, helping us get switched to a better room from our initial booking. Beth helped make our honeymoon extra special and we definitely will be working with her for our next Sandals trip!

Sandals Negril was amazing and the room we stayed in was too. We originally were booked to stay at Montego Bay, but were switched last minute, which was frustrating, but our travel agent Lisa, was amazing. We wished that there were more restaurants/bars, but what they do have was great!

VibeGetaways Experience:

Lisa was amazing. I can’t imagine what we would have done without her when our flights were cancelled and our resort was switched last minute. She spent several hours later at night helping us work through different options and contacting Sandals representatives to get us where we needed to be.

Our trip at Dunn’s River was AMAZING! The MBJ lounge wait was so short and the transit to/from was very smooth and quick too. We absolutely loved our room this time. We loved the tub on the balcony and it was private and very relaxing. It felt like a definite room upgrade and it was next to Saltaire so breakfast/lunch was a step away. Also, the facilities and restaurants at this new resort were definitely top notch. Everything we experienced was top notch compared to the other resort we went to in the past. L’Amande, Zuka, and Dunn’s Rum Club were our favorite spots. The staff were absolutely friendly and we befriended so many during our trip! We did not book another trip on resort, but may plan for another one this or next year in the midst of our family planning (we lost our pregnancy last Fall). This is the second trip we have booked with Erin Meyer. She booked our honeymoon in 2021 and booked our second trip in 2023! Erin is so helpful in guiding you through the booking process, is very knowledgeable about the Sandals resorts, and is very patient when it comes to answering our questions. She communicated with us overtime with reminders and checking off to-dos on our checklist to make sure we were ready for travel. Erin is an awesome Vibe Getaways travel agent!! I recommend Vibe Getaways to all couples looking for a getaway!
