Resort Experience:
the staff at the resort was so amazing. they go above and beyond to entertain you and to make sure that you are just having the greatest time. the entertainment manager was so sweet and would always approach us to make sure we were having a great time . all of the entertainment staff is beyond talented and we’re so sweet making us all get up to dance during the entertainment events. besides the steel drums on Monday night which was definitely my favorite of all nights, the talent show set up by the entertainment crew was so amazing. they are just the greatest group of people.
most importantly our butlers were beyond fantastic. I will always be booking Butler service anytime I book through sandals. I just hope all Butler’s that we will have in the future will be just as amazing as our Butler’s. Owen, Lyvester, Marcus & Sydney were just the sweetest and always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and having a great time. they would call us in the morning and let us know they have a seat reserved for us at the pool they would call to make sure that we had breakfast or lunch, they would also bring us coolers by the pool and bring us drinks even when we didn’t ask . they made us feel so at home and so spoiled. every night we were brought back to our room they would always have a surprise waiting for us whether it be champagne, a bath drawn with rose petals, or even just room service food like the nachos (which were so good!), they had everything set for us.
we are so thankful for the incredible service we received for our honeymoon period people always told us leading up to the wedding that our honeymoon will be the best vacation we will ever take and now I understand what they all meant. and thanks to the entire Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia, we will never forget how amazing our honeymoon was. in fact we ended up extending our stay while there. the island is just so beautiful, the culture the people are so sweet we just didn’t want to leave.

I can’t begin to express how wonderful our honeymoon was. to start off, Beth made it so easy to plan the whole thing even during the unfortunate circumstances we are all facing this year. she helped me with booking she helped me with any questions that I had from the time that we booked and even while we were on our honeymoon. there was an issue due to Covid they’re our flights were canceled because the island was an accepting flights for that day. I was beyond stressed out when that happened but Beth made it so easy and helped me with all of the reservation changes, she made it so easy it was as if our check-in date was set for that day all along. she even checked in with us while on the honeymoon to make sure everything was going great . she is beyond amazing and I will be referring her to a lot of my friends that will be getting married soon.

Our trip was excellent, even with Covid things were outstanding. Our room was so incredibly cool, the resort was both fun and relaxing, and the food was excellent. Best vacation I’ve ever taken!

Erin was a great resource when booking our trip! She helped us figure out the best resort for what we liked and the best room for our budget. She also clearly communicated when our payments were due and what was needed from us to get travel authorization. With this being our first time visiting an all-inclusive resort as well as my first time out of the country, I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but Erin helped us through it all with ease! I was very happy to have her throughout the process!

The service was amazing. Beth was our agent and we will definitely book with her again. She went above and beyond to make this trip perfect for us. We had to reschedule three times due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Beth made the process so simple. She was always so quick to respond and kept us informed during the entire process. She was absolutely fantastic!!! We cannot thank her enough for planning our honeymoon!

I couldn’t have done it without Lisa! We had to switch resorts due to Barbados not allowing Americans for a while longer. She was so responsive and helpful!!

Resort Experience:
We really loved the cleanliness of the resort. The workers took such care and love into their job. Every worker we came across was so kind and accommodating. Doing things we probably wouldn’t even notice, like moving to get out of pictures, and picking up after us. Everyone seemed to really enjoy working there.
The food was amazing. We loved the Jerk Shack (we ate there 3 days in a row!), the Indian restaurant and thai restaurant were so good and authentic. The Indian restaurant people were so nice and the manager took amazing care of his staff. Our waitress was Shanae and she was wonderful. We went Kayaking and paddleboarding multiple times which was amazing that it was included for free.
The beach was beautiful, i wish we had access to the actual waves and beach since it was in an area roped off and the breakwall was there.
The only negatives were probably just feeling a little bit of pressure to pay for extra things like wines, snuba diving, photos, etc. We were asked multiple times by the same people which made it a little uncomfortable. And when we were at the airport we arrived in Jamaica and the sandals lounge was amazing. We really enjoyed that. We checked out bags with luggage tags and were told that they would load it into the car for us. But the next thing we knew, there was a stranger (not from Sandals) who had our luggage on the cart and demanding we pay him for his service. We didn’t know we had to pay, and nobody asked us if he could take our bags. It made us rather uncomfortable. When we saw a Sandals worker at the car she told the man to leave our bags, and the driver loaded them into the car for us. We wouldn’t have minded to pay him, but we were not aware of this being someone that wasn’t from sandals, and that the people who were supposed to stay with our bags gave them without permission. It was all just a little bit confusing.
But other than that everything was so pleasant!

Resort Experience:
We had an AMAZING sunset photo shoot and absolutely loved the photos! Having our butler reserve us a shaded area at the beach was priceless! We had a spot next to Stewfish so we were right by the DJ, bar, and a few steps away from the water. We definitely spent a majority of our days lounging on the beach and trying out some of the water activities. There was a lot of sanitizing and I was impressed with how they had hand sanitizer available everywhere you went. They also made sure you sanitized your hands before entering any restaurant to eat. Club Mobay was definitely worth it for both arrival and departure.

Tips: If going to Montego Bay, schedule a photo shoot with Kurt. You WILL NOT regret it.

Concerns: room condition, no acknowledgement for our honeymoon, Cafe de Paris being out of rum raisin gelato, entertainment staff and schedule was extremely disorganized

Trish was SO HELPFUL! This was our first Sandals trip. I loved how she was always in touch with us and helped make sure we had everything we needed. Scheduling the trip and making changes was a breeze with her. I have already given her email out to others and we plan to reach back out to her when the time is right for our next Sandals trip.

Resort Experience:
The trip was amazing! We were pampered by the butlers and all the staff was kind and welcoming. We are excited to travel again.

Resort Experience:
Our Honeymoon was AMAZING! The resort was BEAUTIFUL and so accommodating. They did a great job of making us feel comfortable during times of uncertainty with masks and sanitizers while not being pushy at all. Our butlers went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the best experience, including bringing us Sushi rolls a few nights since we couldn’t go for Sushi at Montego Bay and cheese plates (can you ever have enough cheese!). The private island on the resort is great and a nice escape when needed. We loved the Thai restaurant and the cabanas right on the ocean were perfect! We definitely would go back to this resort in the future!
