Resort Experience:
It was great and exciting to have done something we never done before. I would of loved to stay an extra day but because of the air strike, im glad we didn’t. The food experience wasn’t the best but we still enjoyed our time there!

The trip was wonderful! We had an amazing time and met amazing people and didn’t want to come home! We went on so many excursions to experience the island and made sure to have a few days to relax at the resort as well. Would absolutely go again!

Resort Experience:
We had a great experience from the time we contacted our agent Lisa through the end! She was very easy to work with and very helpful and responsive, and booked us a perfect room with a beautiful view (although I don’t think there’s anywhere on this resort without a good view)! We were greeted with champagne and a view, and every person at the resort was SO nice and helpful all the time! We did the Joe Know’s tour and LOVED it, our guides were very knowledgeable and fun, and kept us safe! We also did an ATV tour and an underwater sea trek which were also both amazing. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our trip and are already talking about another one!

Lisa was great! She was very helpful and responsive, and even when she didn’t know the answer she got us in touch with someone who did! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family!

Resort Experience:
We loved St Lucia. Resort always has something going on; trivia, dance contest, party, shows, entertainment around the pool with appetizers, fire eating shows, but at the same time, you can easily find a quiet corner, bench, or hanging bed with privacy. We didn’t even find some of them until the day we left. It was the best of both worlds. Our room was at the perfect location in the Cap Estate building. Sunsets were beautiful. Loved the balcony, we had a view of the pool, but also close to a large hot tub and the dive shop.

We took the ferry to the resort and it was wonderful. We saw dolphins as well as the Pitons. Probably wouldn’t have seen the Pitons if we hadn’t taken the ferry or an excursion. We also went on JJ’s boat tour. While, we had fun, it was an “adult” tour and I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children.

Food was best at Gordon’s but there were also the hardest to get into. (We didn’t try the sushi place, not our thing). Loved the crepe and pizza place right below our room. Very convenient and they were open long hours.

We snorkeled right off the beach around the gazebo where the flags fly. We were amazed at the number of the fish we saw. Hubby went diving and saw a turtle, eel, large ray, lion fish and lots of beautiful fish. The staff at the dive shop was not at the same level of Negril.

We would definately go back to St Lucia.

Loved her suggestion to go to St Lucia. Appreciate her special touches. We already made arrangements for her to handle our next trip.

The resort was amazing. The wind caused some issues unfortunately ….. and there were some communication issues with the butlers. But- the food was incredible. The pool and beach were stunning. The spa messed up our massages also- but it was a fabulous relaxing get away!

Resort Experience:
We stayed in the Concierge level Greek Ocean Front rooms on the second level. Room was spacious, trundle bed for the kids was perfect. Concierge accommodated most of our requests right away and staff was great to work with. Lots of things for the kids to do to keep busy and loved having the option between the beach, pool, and waterpark.

Beth was amazing. This was our first tropical vacation and first time traveling out of the country. I was nervous for all of that especially with two kids 5 & 7 years old. Beth helped me make sure we had all of our paperwork filled out for COVID, entry, flights, insurance, shuttles, etc. I could not have handled planning this vacation without her! We can’t wait to go back!

Great trip. Very relaxing with little to no waits for dining and drinks. Always had chairs available for beach and pool. Went to the Grande two days for the nicer/calmer beach.
