We strongly encourage protecting your travel investment with trip insurance.
Thank you so much for trusting us in assisting with your vacation plans! We are so excited for you to experience the warm Caribbean sunshine and turquoise waters. With your best interests in mind, we are strongly urging all of our clients to purchase trip insurance to protect your trip investment.
The plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, less than 46 days prior to departure. Plus, it covers trip interruption, baggage delays, medical expenses and other situations that may occur.
Sandals/Beaches is able to offer insurance through Trip Mate for only $124* per person. You can see Trip Mate's Insurance policy coverage here.
You may also purchase insurance on your own, to protect your investment.
You must select whether you accept or decline the travel insurance. Insurance can not be added after the final balance is paid. The insurance payment is required in full and once paid, is non-refundable.
*Insurance costs can vary:
Sandals: $124 per adult (from January 3 – December 20) or for $134 per adult (from December 21 – January 2). If you are purchasing air with Sandals, the travel protection plan is only $105 per adult (from January 1 – December 31)
Beaches: $124 per adult and $104 per child (from January 3 – December 20) or for $134 per adult and $114 per child (from December 21 – January 2). If you are purchasing air with Beaches, the travel protection plan is only $105 per person (from January 1 – December 31).
